Job Title: Administrative Assistant – interim positionDepartment: Legal Services, Procurement, and Logistics GroupAbout the Position:
On behalf of EEA, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support of administrative, financial, and communicative nature. The role will involve handling a variety of tasks with a certain degree of independence.Main Tasks:· Conducting online information searches· Coordinating projects· Handling administrative tasks with a degree of autonomy· Monitoring contracts· Filing, scanning, archiving, and photocopying documents· Assisting with other tasks of a similar nature and level of responsibilityThe profile we are looking for, can relate to the following:· You have successfully completed an advanced level of secondary education, preferably in administration, communication, or finance.· You have experience from a relevant field, and good knowledge of environmental issues.· You have a strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiarity with databases is an advantage.· You have good command of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in other official EU languages would be an asset.The practical details:· Start date: As soon as possible· Duration: 20th of December 2024, with a possibility of extension· Salary: 172,61 kr.pr. hour / 23,2 EURO pr. hour· Location: Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen· Working hours: 37 per week· Working schedule: Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00, Friday: 09:00 – 16:30Please write and upload your application and CV in English.
