The Position
We are significantly expanding our warehouse and Material handling facility while running daily business in existing facilities. The daily business runs on highly automated systems and with high bay storage systems where your team is responsible for compliance and validation. You will support these tasks and need to prioritize resources and competences. It is important that we have our agenda on Modern Technology and warehouse 4.0 in mind to
be ready for the future. Hence continuous optimization and finetuning of existing processes is essential for this job.

Your main tasks will be to:

-Act as an experienced super user having deep knowledge within a specific production process/product area and underlying IT solution consisting of SAP, MES and/or process control systems.
-Be the representative for line of business towards the global network of other production ARSUs, ARSU Chairs and global IT teams and relay important information in both directions.
-To be part of the local ARSU network (AP, SC and Production) and work cross functionally with ARSU colleagues to support shop floor and to help solve operational business issues and problems.
-To be the local champion for intended use SOP and own intended use production execution KPIs.
-Be the key point of contact in daily business (error handling) and support the “IT-watch” in becoming well equipped to handle urgent matters outside normal working hours.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

-Bachelor in IT or engineering or equivalent relevant and qualifying experience.
-Thorough knowledge of SAP (APO/ECC).
-Good knowledge of Masterdata.
-Understanding and experience with warehouse and material handling processes in a production company.
-Experienced with GMP.
-Fluent in both written and spoken English.
-Responsible of own deliverables.
-Able to work independently.  
-High degree of proactivity is needed to support main stakeholders.
-Flexibility is needed due to medium level of ad-hoc assignments.
-Having an international mind-set; meaning being motivated to work across borders, functions and cultures.
-A high degree of independence, and able to plan and drive SAP training on site, implement changes in SAP including the involvement of key stakeholders.
 

About the department
Site Hillerød is an ambitious and business-critical area in Diabetes Finished Products with 1000+ employees. You will be a part of Business Support. The department consists of approximately 250 dedicated employees in 4 departments with responsibility for Site strategy, cLEAN(R), Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance & Material handling.
