This role blends technical prowess with sales acumen, focusing on developing and implementing solutions for our diverse sales portfolio. - Solution Development: Craft and estimate solutions in:
o Communication Based Train Control (CBTC)o SCADA systemso Network Solutionso Software Architectureo Power Supply Systems
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with proposed solutions.
- Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and innovation within our sales processes and offerings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master of Science in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in solution management, particularly in technology-driven environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in software architecture and network solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with rail systems and technologies is advantageous.
