To realize this ambition, we are currently looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager for the Netherlands.Portfolio management is the glue of our organization by being the strategic advisor of all stakeholders. We drive customer value and growth thru easy to buy and easy to sell value propositions based on continuous market interaction and a solid expertise.About the role:

• You are responsible for building strong market driven value propositions, business cases and go-to-market plans within your country that bring together our unique combination of software-, service- and data solutions.
• In collaboration with segment and domain owners, you are responsible for revenue planning (new business, upsell, cross-sell), mapping revenue targets with offering availability and ensuring/organizing adequate go-to-market and offering-market fit.
• You are responsible for driving the strategic business planning process (long term planning) for your market.
• You build and defend solid investment business cases to drive future growth and synergies in your market.
• Based on your expertise and our research, you are a trusted strategic advisor to the local management team and our sales, marketing, service, product and M&A organizations. You are a key member of the local management team.
• You have a continuous eye on the market to optimize and streamline our portfolio.
• You are responsible for the portfolio partner selection to complete our offering where needed.
• You drive customer experience by market driven portfolio and investment choices and being the advocate of our customers across the organization.
• You will drive the integration of our product and service offering into one future proof digital customer journey for which you will set and guard the highest customer experience standards.
• You represent SD Worx on external events as an expert speaker.
• You are a true team player so challenging views, sharing expertise and encouraging intrapreneurship comes natural to you.
• With your experience you will be an important contributor to the continuous professionalization and growth of our portfolio management processes.
• You will report to the Head of Portfolio Management of our core markets.
• You will be based in the Netherlands and are willing to travel up to 10% (to Belgium)

What do you have to offer?

• A proven experience (+3Y) in payroll services and strategic B2B portfolio/product management (+5Y) in the European HR market to the table.
• Experience with strategy development for product and service offerings in a digital context. And experience in portfolio pricing and -pricing research (certification is a strong plus).

• You have the capability to drive business (model) innovation in a complex technology and compliance environment.
• You are decisive, backed by numbers and expertise.
• You always see the bigger picture, looking forward to realizing the overall strategy of our company.

• As a critical analytical mind, you contribute to the continuous challenging of the status quo and fuels innovation.
• You can take the lead for portfolio management in our local partnership and M&A initiatives.
• You have a strong knowledge of the Dutch HCM and payroll market.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
