Demand Planner, Export & License
Primary Work Location & Work Flexibility:
Flexible Primary Work Location within any of our CEE Molson Coors entities. Can flex working remotely and remotely from home and the local office location. The role is a temporary contract.

The role is important role in E&L Supply chain for Forecasting process both internally and externally with contract manufacturing partners.
The role is also accountable for the planning aspects of packaging and product development, new stock keeping units (SKUs), budget control and execution as well as the identification and delivery of Value Optimization Process projects for Export & License.
The role of Demand Planner is also responsible for leading the Sales and operations planning process for Export & License, and for the accuracy and timely submission of forecasts to production locations across our geographies in EMEA & APAC.
The role of Demand planner is responsible for managing the entire planning process to optimize operations, managing the sales forecast, third party suppliers planning and inventory management, as well as closely collaborating with all sourcing sites.
Key responsibilities include:
-Demand and Supply chain planning for the region.
Working together with Sales and Finance teams on forecasting process. Leading Sales and operations planning process for the region (S&OP). Reporting and management of associated KPIs. Planning, control and reporting of CAPEX spend related to MCE E&L.
-Network Sourcing optimization modelling
to ensure that sourcing locations are set up in most effective way and supply chain reacts flexibly and at pace to Commercial requests and business opportunities across EMEA & APAC.
-Demand Control for Direct to Retail Customers.
Implementation of our contractual rules within sourcing site planning process.
-Supply chain planning for third party suppliers.
Making sure that processes are set up and followed regularly per contracts. Inventory management for third party suppliers.
-Contributing to Supply Chain optimization.
Support innovations and projects from planning side in coordination with Project & Process managers. Manage the cost base of the department and budget execution robustly and ensure that the costs we influence in the production locations are visible and managed well.
-Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders
across the MCBC EMEA & APAC and North America footprint. Influence other stakeholders to deliver successfully business plans. Performs other planning activities as per input from the line manager.

-Analytical skills, time management skills
-Collaboration, stakeholder management and influencing skills and excellent communication skills, including presentation style
-Proficiency level of MS Excel
-Professional proficiency in English – writing and speaking
