Join our global Energy Transition team and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Operational Readiness Engineer you will be part of our growing department with over 100 Asset Management specialists and engineers both in Denmark and Norway. We conduct projects for major energy companies in Wind, Power-to-X, Oil & Gas, Solar, Waste-to-energy, Energy Infrastructure and Energy Intensive industries. As a Operational Readiness Engineer in the Asset Management department, you will have a key role in our multidisciplinary team conducting projects of high quality and through this become a trusted partner to our clients.Your key responsibilities
- Operational Readiness Engineer on EPC projects.
- Ensure that all O&M aspects are implemented into design.
- Developing and enhancing operations and maintenance philosophies and strategies.
- Providing solutions for optimization and standardization of maintenance strategies and activities.
- Implementing O&M data into the client’s CMMS and asset management systems.
- Conducting reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) studies.
- Performing consequence classification, RBI, FMECA and RCM analyses.
- Managing key stakeholder relationships, internal and external, ensuring effective communication with clients and partners.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Marine Engineer.
- Minimum 0-5 years of experience in the field of Asset Management or O&M from Energy projects.
- Thorough understanding of maintenance theory, including MTBF, RCM/FMECA, Failure Rates, p-F, etc.
- Proficient in barrier maintenance and management.
- Good knowledge of reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) studies.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish, both written and verbal.
- Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include excellent communications skills as well as great stakeholder management skills. You are service minded and client centric. Furthermore, you enjoy working independently as well as in teams.
