Are you a Master of Marketing campaigns with a flair for the quirky and the creative? Do you have what it takes to turn seasonal trends and strategic goals into campaigns that captivate and convert? The role is a maternity cover and will be temporary employment until October 2025, with the possibility of extending.As our Marketing Campaign Manager (Maternity Cover), you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing campaigns across multiple markets and channels. Your mission? To ensure our campaigns not only hit the mark but also bring a dash of Danish delight to our customers worldwide.What You’ll Do:

  • Campaign Wizardry: Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with seasonal trends, market needs, and our commercial objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work your magic with content teams, digital marketing gurus, and local markets to ensure campaign success.
  • Resource Management: Juggle resources like a pro to deliver campaign assets on time and within budget (no circus skills required).
  • Performance Tracking: Keep an eye on campaign KPIs, analyzing performance to ensure continuous improvement-because there’s always room for a little more awesome.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present your brilliant campaign ideas and results to key stakeholders, ensuring everyone is as excited as you are.

About you:You most likely have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. In addition, you are:

  • A marketing maestro with at least 5 years of experience in campaign management, ideally within a global retail environment.
  • A manager with proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-market campaigns
  • A project management pro who can handle everything from resource allocation to KPI monitoring without breaking a sweat.
  • A data-driven dynamo with the analytical chops to turn metrics into magic.
  • A communication connoisseur with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative leader who can work across functions, cultures, and countries with ease.
