In our Paris office, more than 200 lawyers work on all types of complex, innovative matters, each one needing specialist understanding of the specific context of the relevant market.Job DescriptionOur Employee Benefits team includes 7 experts specializing in employee ownership, executive compensation and governance. The team is composed of two partners, a senior lawyer and four associates. The excellence of our team has been recognized through the Spotlight ranking by Chambers Europe 2024.The team assists CAC 40, SBF 120 companies, French or foreign issuers, non-listed companies, private equity funds and financial institutions, particularly in the structuring and deployment in France and internationally of employee shareholding and value-sharing schemes, on executive remuneration and management packages. The team also regularly advises on consequences of IPO, public tender offers and M&A transactions on employee shareholding and remuneration schemes.The team is multidisciplinary, working on all regulatory, corporate, stock exchange, tax and labour law issues relating to this practice area.Key AttractionsWith Clifford Chance, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and innovative transactions within multidisciplinary national and international teams.   • You are a motivated lawyer with strong academic multidisciplinary background including corporate, tax and employment (DJCE, Master in business law…).
  • Proficiency in English is required for any non-native English speaker.
  • You are rigorous and well-organized.
  • Dynamism, team spirit and communication skills are also required qualities in order to progress in a stimulating environment.
