Job Description:As Project Manager – Leading Business Process Initiatives you will lead our efforts to implement effective value streams in our business. The aim is to improve business processes across functions and locations to optimize our execution and support the long-term strategy of the company. You are responsible for driving the design and implementation of the framework for our value stream map which will function as a core in our business management system.You will assist senior leadership in identifying key performance indicators for core processes and help analysing the processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
You will lead the efforts to train facilitators and process owners as well as support these in their work with mapping and maintaining processes. You will also help plan, coordinate, and facilitate mapping of processes across the business unit and you will assist in training employees in new or updated processes.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the value stream mapping project for the entire business unit
  • Proactively use the PDCA process principles as a standard for process initiatives
  • Define governance for the business process map
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand and examine business processes within and across departments
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide consultation on key processes
  • Develop clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
  • Be a neutral third party to facilitate process discussions
  • Review and point out key areas of concern regarding existing processes
  • Present process improvement solutions to top management for review
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity
  • Inform senior leadership on progress of the business process map

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field is desirable.
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in working with value stream mapping, business management systems or similar
  • Proven track record for managing complex projects
  • Working experience or certification with Lean and/or SixSigma
  • Experience working in a production company is desirable

SKILLS, TRAINING & SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE:

  • Professional knowledge of English language is essential.
  • Good computer skills (including good command of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • ISO 9001 knowledge or similar (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of APQC Process Classification Framework (desirable)
  • Data analytics knowledge
  • Working knowledge of a configure-to-order business
  • Ability to structure a large amount of information within a process framework
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2 or similar (desirable, not essential)
  • A good understanding of change management is a plus
  • Data management skills and attention to detail
