We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in program and project management, combined with expertise in go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This role involves overseeing the execution of complex projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. You will also be part of team creating industry leading solutions in widely understood project management services.Your key responsibilitiesAs Program Manager you will be responsible for leading programs and projects, ensuring alignment with client and EY’s goals, coordinating cross-functional team as well as fostering strong client relationships, serving as the main contact, and understanding client needs to deliver custom solutions. Additionally, you will work on go-to-market strategies for the competency, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and supporting new business development.Skills and attributes for success

- Strong project management skills including agile methods
- Taking part in business development activities as well as in proposal preparations

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong focus on the objectives and outcomes – goal driven approach
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A higher education degree preferably in business, technology, science or engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management in large-scale projects or programs within distributed multicultural environments
- Excellent English language skills in written and spoken (min. C1)
- Experience in writing proposals and business development activities
- Experience in change management, business analysis and process transformations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS project, MS Share Point, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, other project management tools
- One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Experience in Healthcare, Government & Public Sector and SAP or AI will be beneficial
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Further European language
- Experience in working at consulting companies
- Relevant certificates
