  • Conducting in-depth analysis of web-data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
  • Creating custom reports and dashboards to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Utilizing A/B testing and other experimentation methods to optimize product and funnel performance.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting website tracking issues, recommending solutions to enhance data accuracy.
  • Providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies, user segmentation, and audience targeting.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics
  • 2+ years experience in web analytics, preferably within iGaming domain
  • Experience in managing and executing A/B testing and experimentation programs
  • Experience working in Google Analytics, Tableau or Hotjar
  • Expertise in SQL; experience working in cloud-based data platforms
  • Specialized training or certification in web analytics tools and methodologies, such as Google Analytics or similar
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics software
  • Familiarity with web technologies and tracking implementations, including tagging, pixels, and cookies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to diverse stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration
  • Inclusive, positive, open to feedback, willing to multitask and learn on the job
