At a glanceWe are looking for a Domain Architect to lead the Wealth Grid in its innovation goals. In this role, you and a team of domain architects handle the domain architecture of Grid Wealth at ABN AMRO. Additionally, you coach and support System Architects in their architecture development activities. Then please be in touch!Your jobAs an Architect, you know how to create an Architecture based on the business strategy. that makes clear the connection between processes, data, organisational structures and technology. Based on this insight, you provide ABN AMRO with appropriate and innovative technological possibilities. You consider the wishes and frameworks of the organization and supervisor. You will create your vision of Architecture using existing models, processes, artefacts, and governance. You do this for various parts so that people can use it for IT Development projects. You supervise the correct implementation of the roadmap (Architecture Control) and shares acquired knowledge.As a Domain Architect within GRID Wealth, you design and manage the IT architecture of the products that we build and maintain in the Grid. You work closely with Product Owners, System Architects, and IT engineers in DevOps teams and the IT lead. You are part of a team of 6 Domain Architects. You regularly team up with them to exchange ideas, improve, and explore latest ways of working.

• You understand the key processes and IT solutions for Investments, Pensions, and Financial Planning.
• You ensure alignment with (Lead)Product Owners, IT Leads and Grid Owners,
• You understand organizational dynamics well and balance the interests of different stakeholders clearly.
• You lead System Architects and advise them on their architecture development. Additionally, you review their Solution designs to ensure quality and adherence to the Solution Intent(s).
• You maintain current state architectures at Grid Level,
• You define the “How” on Grid Level in Target and Transitional architectures,
• You create Solution intents that relate to High Level Solution Intents and the ABN AMRO reference models. You align with stakeholders and bring them to the Architecture Review Board for approval.
• You help create High Level Solution Intents and review them along with other Enterprise Architecture artefacts.

Working environmentGrid Wealth delivers various products and services for Investments, Pensions, and Financial planning to our Retail and Private Banking customers. Colleagues from both business and IT work together in multidisciplinary teams. They share responsibility for delivering the roadmap of our Wealth solutions in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France.Your profile

• You have 5+ years of experience in IT architecture.
• You act at an academic (master) level of working and thinking.
• You have knowledge of Investments, Pensions and/or Financial planning processes and solutions.
• You have experience in creating solutions for SaaS, Azure, and Mainframe and preferably have experience in Data Architecture.
• You have good architecture design skills, knowledge of TOGAF and Archimate (preferably certified).
• You have experience with a (micro) service based application landscape and the use of API

• You can apply your skills within a heavily regulated environment.
• You bring an entrepreneurial approach and self-starter mentality combined with excellent problem-solving skills.
• With your coaching skills you can help your team members and colleagues to grow.

We are offering

• A salary depending on knowlegde and experience in Hay 11 or 12
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire more employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, we pay you one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an added four weeks per year.
• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
