About the role:
Reporting to the EMEA Master Data Management Improvement Lead, the core objective of the Master Data Management Specialist is to create, change and maintain Customer Master Data and Seller hierarchy for assigned countries in EMEA in a high quality and efficient way. The role entails all Customer Care Master Data Activities in SAP and SFDC and strong involvement in continuous improvement of Master Data related activities to ensure the effective and efficient achievement of business goals & objectives and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities will include:
-Creation, change and maintenance of customer master data, material master data, customer & seller hierarchy in SAP and other systems for assigned countries in EMEA.
-Create and maintain electronic catalogs
-Investigate reasons for potential data issues and support identifying routes to solution
-Perform continuous process reviews & analytics and identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities to grow Master Data quality, efficiency and/or effectiveness
-Support local and/or EMEA master data related projects.
-Support new business integrations from the perspective of data integration and consistency
-Provide required support for audits (e.g. SOX)
-As part of the EMEA MDM Core team contribute to smooth teamwork
-Work closely with Customer Care teams of assigned countries as well as other disciplines like Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing & Sales
What are we looking for in you?
-Bachelor education or higher
-Experience in with (master) data and information management and affinity with data
-Working knowledge of SAP
-Working knowledge of Salesforce and Informatica preferred
-Good English languages skills
-Good Italian language skills – will be an asset
-Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Experience in the medical technology industry is desirable
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills
-High level of process orientation
-Strong communication skills
-Plan – Do – Review and Customer Centric mindset
-Understanding of Order-to-Cash business process
-Sense of urgency to complete activities and projects in high quality way
-Able to organize & prioritize tasks well and work to tight deadlines without close supervision
