Demand PlannerCurrently for our Health & Medical Business Unit, we are for Demand Planner you will be supporting our NBC region (Nordics, Benelux, Canada). In this role you will report directly to Business Logistics Director Region NBC.

Join us in breaking barriers to well-being!What You Will DoAnalyze historical demand and filter out outliers, identify the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithmEnrich the base statistical forecast with accurate and timely market intelligence dataExecution of local S&OP process and facilitation of monthly Demand Review MeetingsAct as the local interface to the central demand planning hub and works within the framework of the global demand planning processesGenerate the new product forecast using the historical substitution and like modelling / scenario planning techniques agreed with Marketing and Category ManagementUnderstand the impact of the customer buying patternEffectively communicate with and engage the Customer on operational issuesDrive central hyper-care support immediately after ERP go liveWho You AreSolid demand planning expertise within matrix organizationAnalytical and IT skills with ERP and Demand Planning systems (ideally SAP system)Team player with exceptional communications skillsResistant and result-orientedCan work with tight deadlinesContinuous Improvement mindsetFlexible in response to changing prioritiesEnglish Language skills are a mustWhat We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
