The Training Partner position involves working closely with stakeholders and target groups, to support optimal training and increasing human performance. The role will support a site-wide project, called Training for Competence, which aims to reduce reliance on reading SOPs and focus more on dynamic training cantered on groups of job functions. It also supports the business with short- and long-term improvements in training quality, simplicity, and timeliness.You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the transition to a new training model in one or more business areas.
  • Contributing to analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions, to cover training needs and solve business problems.
  • Ensuring effective, efficient, and compliant training within healthcare regulated work processes.
  • Coaching local trainers from line of business to deliver training, according to current standards.
  • Driving and facilitating workshops, carrying out process confirmation on training maturity and setup, and seeking opportunities to enhance learning and human performance.

Moreover, in this role you will work with a network of training professionals from across the company, share knowledge about best practices, and receive guidance and support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in their area.Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has a fact-based, data-driven approach and can demonstrate and visualize, how training and competence development contributes to solving business problems and managing change. You should be able to keep learning solutions simple, manageable, and engaging for end-users, and actively seek opportunities to enhance learning and human performance.To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Academic background within learning science, psychology (or equivalent) combined with minimum of 5 years’ experience in training development and implementation in a large organization, ideally within a regulated environment, such as the pharmaceutical, food or aviation industry.
  • Experience with LEAN and/or behavioural design, creating training videos, working with virtual/augmented reality will be an advantage.
  • Experience with Power BI and Tableau is preferable.
  • Project management skills and ability to execute projects independently, adding value within deadlines.
  • Fluency in English as well as Danish.

On a personal level, you are a great communicator who enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders and building long-lasting relationships across the network. Moreover, you can use data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and suggest improvements. You have investigative and analytical approach to problems, with a focus on understanding, how competence development can contribute to solutions.About the department
In AM Hillerød, we produce top-quality injectable products for patients with diabetes that are delivered worldwide. The team, Onboarding & Training is a part of the Operational Excellence department in AM Hillerød and is responsible for supporting the site with systems and initiatives, that move the organisation forward or solve various problems.You will join the training team, which consists of 17 skilled professionals, coordinators and administrators, all working with different areas of responsibility. The team ensures that our employees are trained in performing the processes correctly and independently and helps developing training material in close collaboration with colleagues across the organisation. You will become a member of a highly dedicated and engaged team, working on developing effective and standardised training to ensure a high level of competences for our employees.
