  • Partner with managers from different departments to understand their hiring needs and define candidate requirements…
  • Prepare vacancy texts, reflecting the needs of each department, in order to attract strong internship candidates
  • Publish job postings on different channels and review the received applications.
  • Drive first screening & share feedback/recommendations to hiring managers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Work closely with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Administrative follow-up (contracts, accesses, welcome boxes)

EMPLOYER BRANDING

  • Be the HR ambassador within the internship community, in charge of organizing monthly activities and animate the group of interns, to optimize their experience
  • Support the Campus Manager with Academic Relations, by attending events at universities and business schools in Belgium
  • Act as the primary point of contact for interns, providing guidance and support to address any questions, concerns, or issues they may face during their internship.
  • Take part in a wide range of HR projects around candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, etc.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student or Fresh Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management, Psicology or related
  • Excellent written & spoken knowledge of English, with French and/or Dutch being considered a must
  • Great attention to details
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Interest to learn more about Human Resources
  • Looking forward to collaborating with international colleagues, all over the Benelux region
  • Available full-time for 6 months starting from January 2025
