Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Capture demand, consult teams, and help them integrate the right DevSecOps approach with practical tools.
• Optimize tools according to specific needs.
• Work in a global team.
• Create and provide training in DevSecOps.
• Integrate solutions such as DAST and container scanning into processes, including pipeline integration.
• Establish and maintain deeper GRC process integration (Archer).
• Create and customize projects and pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Integrate additional applications into Azure DevOps (Sonarqube, Microfocus Fortify, Artifactory).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics; certifications are beneficial.
• Experience in agile ways of working and agile implementation approaches.
• Deep knowledge in agile methodologies and DevSecOps.
• Certification in Scrum or alternative agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps, integration of additional applications into Azure DevOps, Sonarqube, CI/CD tools, and SAST/DAST container scanning.
• Ability to work in a self-organized manner.
• Willingness for self-development in additional applications in the BASF DevSecOps area.
• Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
