Zakres obowiązków:
- Ensure efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders from several markets in line with agreed Service Level Targets
- Close working relationship with HR BP from the region
- Identify areas for process improvements and standardization
- Preparation of personnel documents (confirmation of employment, salary certificates, contracts, document updates)
- Maintenance of HR data in Assigned systems
- Responding to all inquiries regarding employee data, updating data accordingly data (bank updates, personal data updates, etc.)
- Develop and review new standard SOP operational processes (instructions)
- Prepare and submit monthly reportsregarding employment
- Maintaining organizational structure in SAP HR and other
tools * Maintain employee life cycle events in systems HR and payroll
- Providing reference documents for employees as needed
- Supporting employees in accessing applications
corporate applicationsOczekiwania:
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
- 2- 3 years experience in a multinational organization in a similar role
- SAP HR knowledge is a must
- Experience in administrative role
- Profound knowledge of HR Administration
- Organizational Management processes
- Strong Customer Service Mindset
- Understanding cross-cultural sensitivity
- Excellent team player, open minded and flexible approach
