How you’ll help us.Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, as part of the role, you’ll:
- Proactively identify problem areas and innovations to improve operational efficiency by analysing processes.
- Work in coordination with the Specialist teams to support needed areas.
- Review with the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) and the Global Tech Lead (GTL) from the technical team.
- Track and monitor continuous integration (CI) initiatives with the status, priorities, and continuous improvement budget impact, ensuring operations have a fair share of the budget.
- Discuss solution directions with technical teams and sign off on the preferred agreed solution.
- Take ownership of testing any new functionalities and ensure that they fit into collected requirements.
- Document the new functionality and support the Key Users in the end-user training.
More about you.
- 5-6 years of industry experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with LEAN methodology approach is advantageous.
- Qualification or equivalent experience in IT, operations or business.
- Fluent in English, another language is a plus.
