We are looking for a Leaves Delivery Solutions Analyst to join the team at Nike. For this role it is very important that you speak French.You will contribute to the administration of EMEA leaves programs at the Nike’s European Headquarters in the Netherlands. Within the Leaves Delivery Solutions Team you will provide high level support to internal Nike customers as well as external vendors.It is a temporary role till February for 40 hours a week. We are looking for someone that could start as soon as possible. what we offer

who are youWe are looking for someone that speaks French fluently. This is more important than HR experience. It is important that you have some administrative or customer service experience.For the role of Leaves Delivery Solutions Analyst we are looking for someone with the following knowledge and competences:

  • Educated to Bachelor/Master’s degree level;
  • It is crucial to have strong analytical skills, critical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving attitude;
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources (Operations) environment is preferred (1-2 years);
  • Affinity with HRMS systems (Workday or SAP/ADP preferred).
  • A team player who easily adapts to a dynamic and changing environment;
  • You will have first class communication skills to connect and partner with the various Nike departments;
  • Fluency in English required, French Fluency is a big plus;
  • Strong process improvement skills.

what will you doAs Nike’s Leaves Delivery Solutions Analyst, you will contribute to the administration of EMEA leaves programs at the Nike’s European Headquarters in the Netherlands. Within the Leaves Delivery Solutions Team you will provide high level support to internal Nike customers as well as external vendors.You will work on four main things: process management, service excellence, process improvement and projects. In this role, you will perform complex Leave data-related changes that require specialized knowledge and ensure data accuracy in our HR information system. Handle situations that require complex research, auditing and detailed knowledge of applicable area to resolve issues quickly and accurately. Interprets customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard requests involving all necessary stakeholders.You will deliver service excellence to employees and Human Resource Shared Center teammates by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to all calls, emails and CRM Tool (SNOW) issues concerning Benefit or Leave programs.You will also work on continuous process improvement, relevant and effective knowledge data base and utilization of HR systems and tools and participate in projects as a functional expert.

  • Process management: Perform complex Leave data-related changes that require specialized knowledge and ensure data accurary in Nike’s HR information system;
  • Handle situations that require complex research, auditing and detailed knowledge of applicable area to resolve issues quickly and accurately;
  • Deliver service excellence to employees and Human Resource Shared Center teammates by responding ina professional, accurate and timely manner to all calls, emails and CRM Tool (Snow) issues concerning Benefit or Leave Programs;
  • Communicate updates to other Global Shared Services departments to ensure timely and accurate workflow of data;
  • This includes submitting all information changes to Data Management/Payroll via appropriate format to facilitate entry in HR systems;
  • Explains difficult issues and works to build consensus.
  • Active contributor to continuous improvement, relevant and effective knowledge data base and adequate utilization of HR systems and tools;
  • Participate in projects as a functional expert, for example part of the projects will be connected with payroll.

where will you workYou will report to the Leaves Lead EMEA & Leaves Operations Manager EMEA and will be part of the Leaves Delivery Solutions EMEA team. You will work with peers to look after the various leaves programs across EMEA. You may also from time to time support your peers who are responsible for other EMEA locations.
You will work with cross functional stakeholders including but not limited to regional Benefits COE, Payroll, Workforce Operations, Advisory teams, Legal/Compliance and the Territory Operations Consultant.
You will work with other stakeholders like the social security authorities.NIKE EHQ is based on an inspiring campus in Hilversum.
