As a Data Management Consultant IAM you use your extensive Data Management and banking skills /experience to drive our Data Management ambitions. The Data Management Consultant IAM sets up a clear vision on Data Management for the Tribe IAM and maintains an overview over the entire data domain. You coordinate projects to lead the implementation of Data Management within the Tribe. You make a difference in ensuring and improving the data quality within IAM by developing and maintaining relationships with different stakeholders together with the Data Stewards IAM. You are pro-actively taking actions when data quality is below expectations and give advice about the correct use of data in different projects. You are very familiar with the latest developments on Data Management and are eager to help the Tribe IAM to grow to the next level of maturity.You work, together with your Data Steward colleagues, within the new Area IAM Data & Insights. This Area is responsible for providing IAM data and create relevant actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our user journeys and to show IAM is in control. The Data Management Framework is not implemented yet, so there is a great challenge ahead of us.Top 4 responsibilitiesSetting up and operationalizing the data management framework within IAM. Making sure teams within the Areas are working based on the data management standards of the bank. Topics to think about are: Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Quality monitoring & Reporting.The analysis, monitoring and solving of data quality issues in close cooperation with product owners and business analystsGuiding and coaching the Data Stewards IAM.Providing guidance (stakeholders) and inspiration (literacy program) to improve data management awareness and maturity throughout the Tribe IAM in collaboration with Global Data Management and Data Literacy teamsFacts and figures36 hours per weekPart of Tribe Identity & Access Management which employs around 200 colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds and countries43,822 Rabobank colleagues around the worldTogether we achieve more than alone

In the Netherlands we work to create a country in which people are happy with how they live, work and do business.You and your talentAcademic (Masters or Bachelor) working and thinking level;At least 5 years experience with Data Management, e.g. Data Quality Management, Data Analysis, Data Governance;Knowledge of and experience with DAMA dimensions;Able to inspire, motivate and coach in Dutch and English;Demonstrable experience in working in complex banking environments, speak the language of various stakeholders and inspire them to play their responsible part.This is what we offer youa salary between € 5115,- and € 7307,- gross per month (scale 10).a thirteenth month salary and holiday pay;an Employee Benefit Budget of 11% of your monthly salary.
