CURRENT EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS, AND AGENCY PARTNERS:If you currently work for Brown-Forman, please apply by clicking the Careers icon on the Workday portal.For best results, use Google Chrome to view this page.Meaningful Work From Day OneServing as CCCA with the EUROPE GBS structure and the Italian business unit, the CCCA Analyst is responsible for the Credit Analysis, collection of overdue accounts, payment application, claims, disputes settlement, and analytical activities with a focus on communicating quantitative and qualitative information in a clear, accurate, and timely manner with a focus on, but not limited to, Italian accounts receivable issues.Internally the title will be CCCA Analyst Italy and we are recruiting two positions.What You Can ExpectAnalysis of Customer solvency and credit limits review: assign credit limits to New customers and conduct periodic credit review on existing accounts.Coordinate the process and close cooperation with the Sales Department, Customer Services Department, Finance and Accounting teams regarding collection, claims deduction, cash application.Daily Cash application, clearings, checks processing and banking operations.Reconcile month-end customer balance.Verify that transactions comply with Credit policies, procedures and SOX requirements.Review credit hold orders and address issues to different stakeholders, release orders based on credit policy.Prepare customer aging report, deduction report, month-end credit report with comments on past due invoices and lead the credit committee meetings, perform DSO analysis, recommend provision for bad debt, and accrual for bad debt write off.Collections: Contact and chase customers for payments, coordinate the process and close cooperation with the sales team to ensure customer payments are collected in a timely manner.Review new customer creations requests and co-work with the GBS Master Data team to ensure proper data in the system.Ensure proper functioning of credit control procedures, monitor and advise any changes.What You Bring to the TableExperience in cash applications and credit departmentAbility to work remotely and independently as part of a teamKnowledge of Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets)Excellent time management skillsStrong Analytical skills and attention to detailsEnglish Language – Good written and spoken communicationWhat Makes You UniqueExperience & Education in Finance/accountingKnowledge of Financial / ERP System – SAP (FI/CO/BW)Previous experience in Credit department in the spirits or FMCG industry.Who We AreWe believe great people build great brands.
