We rely on expert partners to meet the needs of our consumers and our teams.As the Category Buyer – Natural Fragrance Ingredients, you will report to the Worldwide Category Manager – Fragrances and Perfumes. This opportunity is based primarily in Aulnay with weekly meetings in Clichy and Levallois.THE MISSIONYour mission will be to manage the portfolio of Fragrance Natural Ingredients and Essential Oils as well as lead the Fragrance natural ingredient innovation. In addition you will:

  • Manage the brand agricultural projects (e.g. Domaine de la Rose Lancôme)
  • Contribute to the Sustainable Sourcing by ensuring the transition to 100% bio-based ingredients sustainably sourced by 2030
  • Define and implement the purchasing strategy of some natural ingredient’s segments: securitization, sustainability, prices, Supplier Relationship Management
  • Interact, influence, animate, negotiate with several internal & external stakeholder from R&I, operation, marketing teams to Fragrance Houses and Ingredient suppliers
  • Contribute to the Fragrance strategy definition and implementation
  • PPV management
