- Be responsible for accurate and on-time tax declarations to local authorities for countries in scope
- Implement and safeguard standard & local Tax processes in local accounting organizations and SSO (within the agreed activity split and service level), incl. documentation, ICS-Controls and training material
- Actively drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Bayer Group requirements (policies, desktop procedures, guidelines, best practices) as well as legal requirements (IFRS, IAS, fiscal)
- Actively participate in Global Expert Network Participation
- Support business changes (e.g. implementation of technical enablers, system migrations, roll-in / transitions of new services or companies)
- Ensure a cross-trained multi-skilled, proactive team
- Contribute to people development for his team
- Provide a high-quality process performance and steer individual/team results
Your profile:University degree in Tax/Fiscal, Accounting or equivalent educationSeveral years of professional experience in the tax department for the a.m processes including team coordinationProfound technical knowledge of Tax Operations, global Tax Standards and some local specificsSound knowledge of SAP modules such as FI and SubledgerComprehensive knowledge of Bayer tools (E.g.
