Here’s your chance to leverage your technical expertise while stepping up as a Team Lead of a talented group of engineers driving innovation with On-site solutions (SCADA and PPC).Reporting to the Director of Onsite Solutions EMEA&LATAM, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of three engineers, guiding them in conducting configuration and quality assurance tasks for our onsite solutions designed to ensure optimal control and monitoring of renewable energy assets.What you’ll do:

  • Allocate and prioritize projects and tasks to the available resources,
  • Ensure adherence to organizational processes and that team tasks are completed on time and with high-quality standards,
  • Monitor all projects worldwide developed by the team, providing economic and completion status reports as required,
  • Involve internal cross-functional teams to ensure the progression of the projects,
  • Motivate, guide, and inspire the team to maintain high levels of engagement,
  • Conduct one-to-one meetings with team members and assess performance,
  • Facilitate process improvement in the department,
  • Manage customer relationships during the life of the projects, ensuring regular communication and addressing escalations effectively.

  • Master´s degree in Industrial/Electrical/Energy/Electronics Engineering (or other relevant disciplines),
  • 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector with a strong understanding of wind, solar and/or storage plants, projects, and market,
  • Leadership capabilities, preferably gained through direct line management experience, project leadership and/or coordinating teams and resources,
  • Proven track record in project planning, management, and reporting, including financial KPIs,
  • Customer oriented mindset with proven experience in managing and dealing with client relationships,
  • Proficient communication skills, including the ability to write clear and accurate reports in English/Spanish.
