Making a Positive Impact, Together.Doing things differently.Lecturer in Food Technology£38,394 – £43,188 p.a. pro rata18.5 hours/2.5 days a week for a fixed term period of 6 monthsAbout the RoleBased at the Brackenhurst Campus for the School of Animal, Rural and Environmental Sciences, an opportunity has arisen to join an experienced team in the delivery of a suite of exciting food science and technology courses, including apprenticeships and commercial courses for those employed in the food manufacturing industry.The Brackenhurst campus is located in a 200-hectare estate near the attractive Minster town of Southwell. The University, has recently invested in food laboratories and teaching facilities, and includes food processing equipment.We are looking to fill the position of Lecturer in Food Technology to prepare and deliver lectures to both undergraduates and apprentices in food technology and food product manufacture to students and apprentices studying at NTU. The post holder will also provide tutorial support to students and lead progress reviews with apprentices and employer mentors.For more details, please take a look at the role profile.
