Guy Carpenter Benelux is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Brussels, Belgium.What can you expect?As Administrative Assistant, you will be representative and supportive to the Guy Carpenter Benelux team. You will work autonomous and manage a variety of day to day administrative tasks. on behalf of Senior Management as well as of broking & accounting team members. Your main responsibilities will include managing various agenda’s of senior colleagues, insuring logistics of appointments, validating invoices, as well as providing administrative office support.What you will be rewarded with?

We will rely on you to:

  • Manage the visitors’ agenda (client and reinsurers) and coordination within the company (setting up of the meetings, room reservations, restaurant bookings if any, …)
  • Independently ensure the logistics of appointments and travel in the context of major market events
  • Verify invoices, ensure payment and that budget is managed
  • Make Minutes of some internal meetings
  • Assist broking & accounting teams with administrative tasks (recurrent and ad hoc)
  • Ensure some compliance checks : revision data & documents storage ; adequate folders structure
  • Be connected with fellow administrative colleagues (Marsh McLennan local level & Guy Carpenter Europe)

What you need to have:

  • Proactivity, reliability, and autonomy
  • Previous experience in similar function (such as: secretary, office manager, personal assistant, etc.)
  • Collaborative and supportive spirit
  • Enthusiasm and flexibility
  • Fluent in English + Dutch and/or French
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
