We are always exploring new techniques to bring the industry forward and always accelerating the pace in which we do business. In order to achieve our business goals operational excellence and speed to market are key.As the E-commerce Coordinator Production, you will support the website traders and content managers to deliver best in class experience for our users on site. Working within a brief you will be responsible for setting live new campaigns, promo & trade activity and product in our CMS.Organized and efficient, you work to deliver site launches to deadline without risk to site technical performance. With a keen eye for detail, you will also housekeep the site to ensure brand standards are maintained.As a system superuser, you will look for ways to optimize our existing architecture and improve the workflow processes with the goal of improving speed to market.As you will be based in the G-STAR Valencia office and working closely with Amsterdam HQ, fluent English and strong communication skills are essential.Your tasks & responsibilities:Trade & Content Campaign Execution:
- Ensure our website and app are showing the right and relevant products and content,
- Update homepage banners, category pages assets, navigation changes in line with brief,
- Creation of promotion and markdown codes/ mechanics in line with brief
- Conduct daily on-site checks to ensure functionality is as expected,
- Content scheduling including communications such as push notifications.
Product Go Live:
- Execution of Complete the Look,
- Creation new categories, product attributes & values in line with brief,
- Day to day workflow management to support smooth running of Trade and Content teams.
Here’s what you bring to the table:
- 1-2 years of relevant e-commerce production experience,
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field,
- Fluency in English is required,
- Strong communication skills,
- Eye for detail, works to a high level of accuracy,
- Ability to problem solve independently, as well as collaborate with team members,
- Experience with e-commerce content management, Hybris and/or Amplience is a plus,
- Experience with e-commerce merchandising tools such as Algolia is a plus.
