DHL Cross Border Solutions CH/IT, a DHL eCommerce division, is recruiting a:

Junior Business Analyst

Reporting to CBS Program & Project Manager CH & IT, his/her primary responsibility will be to ensure an effective IT integration between DHL CBS and its customers

Main scope:

• To support customer integration, IT systems interfacing, issue management
• To guarantee an effective communication with external business units/business partners (Software Houses, Carriers, 3PVs, etc.)
• Being primary interface between Customer and colleagues inside its area of responsibility

Location: Innovation Campus, San Bovio (MI)

Remote working: up to 40%

Work time: Full Time

Business trips: up to 5%

Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role

Professional skills:

• Degree in Economics/Engineering/Scientific disciplines
• High analytical skills and problem solving attitude
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders from different functions/organizational levels
• Structured and detail oriented
• API integrations know-how is a plus
• Logistics and E-commerce experience is a plus

Languages:

• Italian mother tongue
• Proficiency in English
• German is a plus
