With technical and commercial responsibility, you will work as Sales Leader and be responsible for driving Plant Asset Management (PAM) and AMS Optics business, a core part of the Reliability Solutions portfolio in the Northern Italy. #LI-Hybrid

EMERSON’s Asset Management solutions comprises out of a best-in-class suite of soft- and hardware platforms, developed to increase performance and reliability of automation assets (pressure, flow, temperature, level) and valves, as well as critical high performance rotating machinery such as compressors, turbines, and pumps.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead and set strategic direction for Field Communicator, AMS Device Manager, and AMS Optics within the Plant Asset Management portfolio
• Understand market requirements, customer needs, and competitor behavior
• Collaborate with Sales to support project pursuits and ensure order closure within the Delegation of Authority
• Identify new opportunities with Emerson customers and new accounts
• Develop Alternative Distribution Channels (ADC)
• Improve customer contacts through presentations, workshops, webinars, and events
• Maintain business relationships with partners and suppliers to ensure long-term growth

For This Role, You Will Need:

• College degree or equivalent experience in engineering (Mechanical background preferred) 
• Broad experience on solutions selling of high valuable technologies within process industry
• Curiosity about technology and innovations, comfortable to work in a technical environment
• Proficiency in English and Italian language
• Availability to travel in the region and international up to 50% of time

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

• Experience in Plant Asset Management (PAM) 
• Ability to work within a complex matrix organization
