Description du poste et Missions

• Mentor business to help identifying key processes and back up plans
• Prepare business for disruptions in business activities, in case of uncontrollable internal or external events
• Deliver “country crisis handbook” for the 5 key countries (5 different guides)
• Prepare testing scenario for at least 2 major countries
• Improve the Business Impact Analysis
• Work with all functional business areas to develop and maintain a corporate wide BCP program that addresses business recovery and emergency response management.

• Liaise with BCP Coordinators to develop effective working relationships and documented BCP plans & handbook by use cases
• Liaise with key infrastructure teams to identify gaps, set recovery time objectives and convey business needs/expectations.
• Hold business plans to Enterprise BCP goals and challenge business leaders on identification of critical functions and needs.
• Design and outline BCP goals, objectives and scope for business plans and Crisis Management
• Deliver “country crisis handbook” for the 5 key countries (5 different guides)
• Define and deliver the BC training and awareness training programs;
