Job Title: Executive Assistant & Office Manager – HC618282 

Salary: £33,915 – £35,982 per annum (full-time) – will be pro rata for part-time     

    

Location: Near Fareham

Hours: Full-time (37 hours), but flexible and part-time working will be considered

Contract Type: Fixed term until September 2026

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager working for the senior leadership team, within a national policing unit.

You will provide a range of secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and Head of ACRO and will be the main focal point for professional enquirers.

Essential Qualifications

Educated to 
QCF Level 
4 or to have undertaken work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.

Essential Experience

-Experience of Office Management and or leadership of a team.
-Experience of working with Senior Managers.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of personnel.
-A high level of computer skills with excellent working knowledge of computer applications specifically Microsoft Office Applications & Outlook.
