Purpose of the position/responsibility
Main responsibilities are to support implementation of PPI Business System to drive continuous improvement through lean and digital transformation.
The PPI Specialist will play an important role ensuring the Productivity targets are reached and the PPI activities for the Site are successfully driven through a collaborative challenge and a support to the SLT and others site departments.
Assignments, specific/primary activities:

Support E2E Operational Excellence and encourage all colleagues to continuously optimize their processes. Establishes a Lean Culture ensuring that all employees become more involved in the PPI initiative

Support site Digital transformation strategy, driving the Operational Excellence influence on Industry 4.0.

Facilitate Continuous Improvement events (such Kaizen, VSM, Workshop) in order to reach the efficiency and productivity targets

Act as an internal consultant for sharing and implementing Best Practices.

Assist in the education and training on operational excellence principles.

Monitor performance, and participate to performance reviews.
Education
Master degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics or Business
Technical knowledges:
-
Analytics Thinking
-
2 years + of background in manufacturing environment, with proven experience of continuous improvement
-
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
-
2 years +of demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting the predefined quality requirements.

Good knowledge of statistical tool
-
Experience in Digital Transformation and Digital Solutions preferred.
Languages :
English language fluency
