Information about Agilent is available at .We are looking for a new team member to support the Spain, UK and Ireland HR Admin & Payroll Team at Agilent Technologies in our office in Barcelona working for one of the leading companies in Life Science!You will be a part of the European HR Services Team which is responsible for payrolls and HR administrative tasks of 15 different countries.Your mail responsibilities and tasks will be:

  • Together with colleagues you will me managing administration and payroll tasks for Spain, UK and Ireland.
  • You will work with a payroll vendor to ensure an accurate and timely payroll process.
  • Respond to incoming HR and Payroll related queries from employees and managers.
  • Prepare and maintain relevant HR documentation such as contracts, payroll records, tutorials, and audits.
  • Participate in local or global projects that require HR services expertise.

QualificationsWe are looking for a colleague that has the following characteristic to join our growing multicultural team:

  • Experience in handling Payroll and HR Admin tasks for Spain, UK and Ireland.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish. Other language skills are a plus.
  • Strong sense of commitment and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel.

As part of your day-to-day job, you will be working on numerous different tasks and interacting with both internal and external stakeholders, which requires strong interpersonal skills.We are looking for a team member who has a good attention to details as you will be working with a lot of admins where accuracy is important!We offer:
