Do you have a problem-solving mindset and want to put your skillset to use, driving challenging projects across our finished production?If so, this might be the right opportunity for you!We are looking for a new Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in Finished Products (FP) and New Products Entry (NPE) area, at Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) Hillerød.The Position
As our new Project Manager, you will be key in driving projects throughout their entire lifecycle within our FP and NPE portfolio roadmap.AM Hillerød faces a more extensive and complex portfolio of projects initiated and executed over the coming years. Our production lines, which include the finished production, are facing several upgrades driven by the introduction of new products; optimization initiatives; compliance or obsolescence of hardware and software. You will have the opportunity to join our PMO supporting finished production and will be welcomed on this journey with us!You will be responsible for:Managing complex projects and senior stakeholder requirements.Planning, executing, and following up on all related tasks/processes related to scope, schedule, resources, cost, quality, and project risk.Setting direction and delivering results that have significant impact within the context of a wider operational area.As a natural part of your projects, you will be in close dialogue with line of business and all levels of management on our production site, as well as external vendors.Actively contribute with learnings and experiences with rest of the PMO team to mature and strengthen our ability to run projects more efficiently.Building trusted relationships with different stakeholders inside and outside the company.Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:An academic degree within a relevant field.At least 2-3 years of experience as a project manager.You have excellent communication skills and experience working cross functionally and building strong relations with stakeholders at all levels.Experience from a GMP regulation environment would be an advantage.English fluency.As a person, you thrive in creating strong stakeholder relations and possess a curious, problem-solving mindset. You have successfully managed projects and have experience and understand how to create results and solve complex problems in collaboration with the people around you.About the department
You will be an integral part of our close-knit team, consisting of 11 experienced project managers and 2 graduates. Our team is dedicated to planning and executing projects within the finished production and the implementation of new products at our production site.
