Asset Coordinator (Project Coordinator / Project Administrator)

Location: Mostly Work from Home (WFH) with occasional meetings in Manchester

Rate: GBP350 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 3 months

Clearance: Active SC Clearance required

Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Asset Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, with experience in ServiceNow’s Asset Management module being a significant advantage. This role is mostly remote, though there will be occasional meetings in Manchester, so flexibility is key.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage asset coordination tasks, ensuring all assets are tracked, recorded, and maintained efficiently.
* Work closely with project teams to ensure all asset-related activities align with project goals and timelines.
* Utilize ServiceNow’s Asset Management tools to monitor and manage the lifecycle of assets within the organisation.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely transfer of asset information.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports related to asset management activities.
* Support the project team in general administrative duties as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

* Active SC Clearance that can be transferred.
* Proven experience in asset management, with a solid understanding of asset coordination processes.
* Experience with ServiceNow’s Asset Management module is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
