Leading one of our Compliance and Validations departments by coaching and developing people and their competencies is the main focus. You are responsible for ensuring a high engagement, setting high-level directions and clearly communicate current and future priorities.You will partner closely with other People Leaders to ensure that we establish and drive a strong collaboration.In the role as People Leader in an agile context, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Direct Manager for around 15 IT Compliance and Validation Partners ensuring the well-being and development of group members
  • Develop and drive people strategy including attraction, recruitment and retainment
  • Support and engage group members to adapt best practices and improved ways of working
  • Partner and collaborate closely with the business (e.g., Product Owners and Scrum Masters) to create the best possible environment for high-performing product teams
  • Collaborate and jointly develop with the Business and the IT organization to advance the next-generation automation of compliance initiatives
  • Be part of driving DDIT Development to succeed as a partner for Development

We are looking for someone who is passionate about IT Compliance and People Leadership and get energized from working with people in a fast-moving environment and continuously strive to do things in a smarter way. You excel at being a servant leader for people, and you like to challenge the status quo and inspire the people in your team.Candidate profile

  • An academic background in a relevant field e.g. IT, Engineering, Business or Computer Science
  • 3+ years of leadership experience from a similar role
  • Experience working in pharma or similar highly regulated industry
  • Experience in navigating in large organizations
  • Experience supporting a lean-agile transformation through personal advocacy, engagement, and leadership

You will be part of DD&IT Development and you will primarily be located in Søborg, Denmark. We are a dedicated team of around 175 people in Denmark and 75 in India, responsible for the implementation & development, support & maintenance and operation of projects and applications working closely together with our colleague in the line of business.
