Chief Financial Officer (CFO)GYPSY’S HIRING 🙌🏻Gypsy – established in 2020, is a dynamic multi-brand affiliate program operating in the competitive Tier-1 market segment. With a portfolio of 11 brands, we are strategically positioned for significant impact in the online gambling industry.Our key operational hubs are located in Kyiv, Riga, and Poznań, driving our vision forward through data-driven and expert management.Who we are looking for:A higher education degree in economics / finance;
Experience in finance from 5 years, experience in a similar position from 3 years;
Experience in iGaming or related niches Crypto, E-commerce or traffic arbitrage etc;
Experience in financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, controlling, forecasting combined with advanced functional practices and technical knowledge to perform at a high level;
Skills in working with various payment systems;
Confident knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices;
Understanding the principles of tax legislation of different countries;
High level of systemic, analytical and strategic thinking;
Knowledge of the basics of auditing, and accounting;
The ability to take responsibility, a high level of awareness of new approaches, trends, methods of achieving financial goals;
Proficiency in MS Excel at the highest level.
Ability to work with ERP systems;
Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level.Your main tasks involve:Management and analysis of financial reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) to identify financial performance and risks;
Participation in financial planning and budgeting, development of financial strategies for both the company as a whole and individual departments;
Ensuring quality control of financial operations and reporting;
Invoicing partners, controlling payments, communication with partners’ financial departments;
Coordination and implementation of the accounting process for legal entities. Experience in establishing legal entities is a plus;
Calculation and payment of salaries and bonuses;
Implementing changes in the company’s operations to impact its financial, accounting, and tax components;
Creating new business processes in the finance department and redesigning them;
