You will join our Marketing department with 50 passionate colleagues based in Aarhus and report to the Category Director of ‘Cheese, BSM & Cooking’, Jacob Skovgaard Jørvad.How you will make an impactAs Head of Product Management, you will be overall responsible for the product management area in Arla Denmark including a team of 9 Product Managers and Product Coordinators. In this role, you will lead and drive the overall agenda within the product management area including prioritization of tasks, create knowledge sharing and best practice, and together with the team drive future optimization opportunities.You will have a large contact base, working with many different stakeholders from Global Product Management to our dairies and Product Management (PM) functions in other countries. You will also be working very closely with our brands and category teams, as they are the primary stakeholders. Here you will ensure, through close collaboration, that you and the team support the categories, brands and product portfolio. This to secure that we meet the needs of the categories and consumers while bringing in the production and packaging feasibility perspective.Additionally, together with the team, you will be involved in securing the launches of new concepts and product innovations.The areas of responsibility in the role will be:

• Lead, coach and develop your team to ensure that we deliver on the agreed business results
• Provide thought leadership and in depth-knowledge on packaging opportunities, production feasibility, data system requirements etc.
• Align and prioritize PM tasks across the team, and assure resources are allocated where they are

needed * Collaborate closely with the marketing leadership team, dairies and category/brand teams to ensure smooth execution and overall transparency on the PM agenda

• Lead selected larger cross-category PM tasks in close collaboration with the team
• Ensure strong PM support across the different category innovation pipelines
• Drive a strong knowledge sharing agenda and ensure implementation of best practice

What will make you successfulWith your profound can-do-attitude, you know how to coach your team to ensure strong support and execution of day-to-day PM tasks, and you bring an open-minded and proactive mindset. You can easily shift between operational and strategic tasks, allowing you to understand details while keeping the big picture in mind.Moreover, you:

• Have proven leadership experience and preferably several years of experience working within product management
• Have experience with tools such as 3DI, PIM, Project planner, GS1 etc.
• Have a strong track record in delivering business results
• Have the ability to understand the details while still being pragmatic in problem-solving
• Speak and write English effortlessly
