Job description We are looking for a highly qualified Pharmacist who is fluent in German or Dutch, with in-depth knowledge of the German health system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring they receive the correct medications, and advising them on proper usage. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and be an essential part of our commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

• Dispensing Medications: Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications in compliance with regulations.
• Patient Counseling: Provide clear and professional advice to patients regarding their medications, including dosage, side effects, and interactions.
• German Health System Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of the German health system to navigate insurance processes, reimbursement procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
• Medication Management: Oversee the safe storage and handling of medications, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient histories, and insurance claims.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and place orders as needed to ensure a continuous supply of medications.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmaceuticals, health regulations, and the German healthcare system.

Requirements

• Fluency in German or Dutch is required. Proficiency in both languages is a big plus.
• A degree in Pharmacy (BPharm, MPharm, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Previous experience as a pharmacist in a German-speaking environment is a big plus
• Deep understanding of the German health system, including insurance processes, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
