Team Overview and Job responsibilities
Within the Group Administration, Governance team is responsible to regulate and to address the relationship between the Shared Service Center, BPO and the countries. Governance team participates actively in the development and the continuous improvement of the administration processes and policies; provides support into Robotics process automation development and into Kernel SAP management.
The junior Governance internship:
- Support the team to maintain a performance report regarding the services rendered by SSC and BPO
- Support the team during SAP roll-out
- Support the team for the standardization of Purchasing To Pay and Order to Cash processes
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic and curious person who able to work in a team. The ideal candidate is familiar with IT tools, business processes and oriented to achieve goals. The candidate is able to deal with complexity of an international environment and has an attitude to blend-in in a multi-cultural environment.
Key requirements:
- Degree in Economics/Business Administration/Management Engineering
- Fluent English language knowledge
- General Knowledge on accounting
- Advance knowledge of Office
- Appreciate knowledge of SAP
