The position

As a Supply Chain Business Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for engaging in demand planning and supporting the S&OP process with key functions. In addition, you will be responsible for updating rolling stock and forecasts monthly and managing the Global Forecasting System.

Your main accountabilities will be to:

-Provide decision support to management by performing analytical and data-driven analyses, preparing business cases, and supporting the development and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
-Develop and calculate annual forecasts, in-market sales, and affiliate ambition
-Handle orders, including placing purchase orders in SAP and managing logistics until arrival in the home country. Ensure smooth customs clearance by coordinating with the customs clearance broker
-Manage and track inventory at the third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse and oversee the selling process to distributors. Report market sales performance, in-market sales, and inventory monthly
-Update and agree on monthly demand with the sales and operations team. Support the launch excellence of new products in the affiliate
 

Qualifications

As a Finance Assistant at Novo Nordisk, you will need to have a minimum of 4 years of supply chain experience within pharmaceutical or FMCG industries. Moreover, you need to have experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

To be successful in this role you should have:

-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, economics, business, or related areas
-Experience in demand planning and forecasting
-Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
-Experience in providing decision support to management, including preparing business cases with analysis to back them up
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop compelling and simple communication material for senior and executive management
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Fast in identifying the problem and providing possible solutions
-Proficiency in computer skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
-Excellent English and Romanian skills, both spoken and written
