• Handle customer inquiries and provide support through phone, email, and chat
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized and professional assistance
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service processes
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
• Adhere to quality standards and follow established procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Empathy towards customers and commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer interactions
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work legally
