Join us on our exciting journey.NTT Data is currently looking for Functional Analyst for a public company in Brussels. This role can be performed hybrid between the office and homeworking.Role
The person will be responsible for maximising the value of the CRM, including the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service modules. He or she will maintain, upgrade and support the tool, working closely with development subcontractors and user teams. The person will develop and manage the product roadmap and implement a system to capture and prioritise user requests.

  • Strategy:
  • Define and communicate a clear and inspiring vision for CRM in line with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Establish a short- and long-term roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on business value and user feedback
  • Management:
  • Create, prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring that each item is well defined and ready for development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and feedback and adjust the backlog accordingly
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all questions relating to Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and subcontractors
  • Ensure regular communication on the status of projects and developments to stakeholders
  • Development and Maintenance:
  • Supervising ongoing maintenance and updates of the CRM
  • Working with subcontractors to plan, prioritise and supervise developments and enhancements to the tool
  • Guaranteeing the quality and compliance of business requirements
  • User Support and Training:
  • Provide first-level support for CRM users
  • Identifying and resolving problems encountered by users
  • Organise and run training sessions for new functionalities and CRM best practice
  • Change Request Capture System:
  • Set up and manage a system for capturing, tracking and prioritising change requests and suggestions from users
  • Analyse change requests to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate updates and decisions on change requests to users

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, including the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service modules
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems proactively
  • Training in project management, IT, marketing or a related field is a plus
  • Required experience: Proven experience in product or project management, preferably with CRM systems.
  • Languages: French and English
