The scope of these activities includes Financial Accounting, Controlling, Cash Management / Treasury, Tax, Payroll and Finance IT. We are looking for a talented Finance Director to join and lead the NSC team.Job Description

  • Manage financial accounting including month- and year-end closing ensuring reliable and timely reporting in cooperation with the Shared Service Centre;
  • Cooperate with Group Controlling and internal & external auditors;
  • Support Business Unit Managers through financial planning, budgeting, analysis and advisory;
  • Coordinate and deliver statutory, tax and corporate reporting;
  • Ongoing business advisory on financial performance requiring deep financial accounting and tax expertise and awareness;
  • Ensure Tax compliance for assigned business units and act as a key point of contact to tax authorities;
  • Manage and provide legal advice to the business (commercial, corporate and labor law) through external providers and Group resources;
  • Manage payroll and HR admin for assigned business units ensuring compliance and efficiency;
  • Support Finance IT initiatives from the Country perspective including implementation of new systems and integration of acquired legal entities;
  • Participate in Group Finance projects and improvement initiatives;
  • Support creation and onboarding of new legal entities including M&A;
  • NSC (National Service Centre) team management and development (size of the team: 20+);
  • Holding statutory MD role for the NSC and Real Estate legal entities.

Qualifications

  • Higher Education Degree in Accounting or Finance; nice to have – international professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA);
  • Fluent spoken and written English (C1);
  • Solid understanding of international accounting standards, relevant tax practice and transfer pricing rules;
  • Previous comprehensive experience in FM / Chief Accountant role in international, complex and fast-moving business environment;
  • Proven ability to partner with the Business Leaders to support sound decision making;
  • Ability to efficiently manage diverse, multi-site team.
