– Ensure that the manufacture of ATMPs and the processing of PH is done according to the relevant
specifications/instructions.
– Receipt, storage and distribution of advanced cell therapy products.
– Approve instructions and procedures relating to production/processing operations and ensure strict compliance.
– Design validation processes and ensure that they are carried out appropriately.
– Maintain adequate records related to the above activities according to good documentation practice standards.
– Conduct risk analysis of activities/materials and equipment in your department and participate in related audits.

EXPERIENCE
-At least 2 years’ experience in processing haematopoietic progenitor cells (PH) in a
Jacie-accredited processing unit.
-At least 2 years’ experience in the manufacture of virus-specific memory lymphocytes
under AEMPs-accredited clean room GMP standards.
-Direct participation in the reception, storage and distribution of at least 3 CAR-T 3
other advanced cell therapy products.
-Experience in aseptic process simulation.
-Experience in process validations.
-Experience in participation in audits of accreditation/authorisation bodies.
-Experience in cell culture
-Experience in the use of automated cell sorting platforms -Experience in the use of
automated cell sorting platforms
-Experience in isolator work
-Experience in batch release of cell therapy products and their corresponding
document management.
