- 12 months to end of September 2025 or return of the post holder if sooner
- Salary band: £25,344
- Location: Avon Wildlife Trust Head Office, Folly Farm Centre and Reserve, site-based delivery hubs, some optional home
working
Do you have a passion for restoring local wildlife through habitat management and engagement
with local communities and landowners?
Avon Wildlife Trust wants to see nature restored on a grand scale across the region and we have
big plans between now and 2030 to see this happen. Do you have a passion to protect wildlife
and inspire people? We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working Nature Reserves Officer to
join AWT’s Nature Reserves & Land Management team in an exciting role.
You will be supporting the management nature reserves to maintain and enhance their wildlife
value and contributing towards natures recovery in Avon.
We are looking for someone with a track record in managing land for conservation and inspiring
a range of volunteers and mentoring placements. You will have a good understanding of habitat
restoration, resource protection and the UK conservation framework.
