Working model: hybrid working from our office in Copenhagen (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)Join our dynamic international company as the HR Partner to lead our Human Resources operations across Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway, and Sweden). As the HR Manager in our fast-growing international company, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce and ensuring our sustained success. Acting as the trusted advisor to local leaders and a crucial member of the Scandinavian leadership team, you will develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with our business objectives and support our continued growth and success in the region.What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:You will work closely with the business to implement the people strategy and local people plan, building strong relationships with line managers by providing coaching and support throughout the employee life cycle. You will contribute to and provide local input into the development of the people plan and My Voice engagement activities, ensuring the effective implementation of any local elements of the overall functional plan.In this role, you will ensure that functional leadership is developing robust succession plans and nurturing key talent in line with the global plan. You will also focus on developing your own personal and professional skills through continuous development, staying updated on global and local legislation.You will bring in best practices and facilitate the sharing of good practices across the organization, ensuring that people policies and processes are aligned and updated. Additionally, you will establish and effectively manage employee representative forums, driving efficiencies and improvements in people processes.Making proactive and predictive use of people data, you will deliver insights that support decision-making and address targeted issues. You will ensure that the local collective agreement is implemented across all three countries and handle operational and local payroll processes in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

  • Experience in a HR role at least 3-5 years (manager or specialist) in a Danish or a bigger Scandinavian market
  • Coach and guidance people managers of all levels
  • Excellent knowledge of Danish language and business English
  • Hands-on experience with Danish Employment Law & HR
  • Experience in working with payroll handling
  • Great communication skills
  • Use of people data, delivering insights that support decision making and targeting of issues
  • Knowledge of Norwegian & Swedish Employment Law & HR will be an advantage
