Job descriptionProspero Teaching are recruiting Teaching Assistants in the Burnage area.The school provides exciting opportunities for their staff where successful candidate will be confident supporting groups of children, as well as 1:1 support.You will ideally have previous teaching assistant experience and have proven ability to adapt to challenging situations, the needs of the class and individuals.Safeguarding training is preferred but not required as some training is provided – visit our website for more information!CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Teaching Assistant qualification or higher/equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a UK school
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as some training is provided)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
