Join the People Insights and Analytics team as we transform how we deliver impactful and intuitive people insights.We do not offer relocation for this position,Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop a long-term vision for analytics platforms within People Analytics at the LEGO Group to serve it’s and our partners’ strategic direction.Strategically manage relationships with a diverse range of partners including HR leadership and Digital. Facilitate partner engagement through regular updates, workshops, and demonstration sessions to gather feedback and ensure their needs and concerns are continuously addressed.Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed requirements and user stories. Manage the platform by prioritizing features, overseeing development and managing timelines.Work with data scientists and analysts to determine the types of data that can be most valuable for HR insights and how it can be collected, processed, and presented.Develop and report key performance indicators for the analytics platforms that align with business goals.Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners that contribute to platform development.Identify new opportunities for platform development by staying updated with HR trends, technology advancements, and competitive analysis.Play your part in our team succeedingThis role plays a critical part in setting the vision and direction of our people analytics platform supported by a team of data scientists and analysts and the digital product organization. From working with partners to understand long-term needs to helping the team prioritize short-term roadmaps to improve value, this role will be at the heart of our transformation.Do you have what it takes?The ideal candidate has solid experience in developing and transforming analytics platforms, specifically in HR technology or people analytics platforms is highly desirable. In addition, we expect that you have:Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python).Knowledge of systems integration, ideally involving Workday, other HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or similar platforms.Deep knowledge of the HR technology, analytics and employee listening vendor landscape is a benefit. Familiarity of HR processes and practices.A solid focus on user experience, partner management and customer satisfaction, ensuring that analytics platforms meet the practical needs of HR professionals and contributes to the organization.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, changing environment.As a person, you bring excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical details and value propositions to a non-technical audience. Finally you bring experience working in multi-functional teams to deliver technical initiatives on time and within budget.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
